Junior*Trainee Helpdesk Support Advisor required by our Chertsey, Surrey based client to deal effectively and efficiently with telephone enquiries from clients who use their software packages. Our client will assist with your MCSE whilst the role includes dealing with incoming and outgoing telephone calls, internal support requests and resolving technical support issues. To qualify you must have 4-12months experience within a technical telephone support role with demonstrable experience of Microsoft operating systems and software. Strong problem solving experience is essential together with an aptitude for learning new packages and software, a mature and dependable attitude to work and the ability to work in a stressful environment. Customer service skills are essential and any experience within a financial environment would be an advantage. Car and licence is required as our client is not within easy reach of public transport.
